These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the services and products offered by Guna Therapy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, products, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.
2. Content
Health Information
- The Company offers health-related information, services, and products through its Platform, which may include articles, advice, tools, and other resources.
- The advice is offered by certified (certification as per Indian Government Rules and Regulations) medical professionals in our paid programs
- The content openly available on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any decisions based on the information provided on the Platform.
3. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting harmful or malicious content, infringing on intellectual property rights, and violating any applicable laws.

User Content
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services, including reviews, comments, and feedback, must not be offensive, defamatory, or infringing. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Medical Advice
The health professionals available on our platforms are certifiedmedical professionals. However, we expect that you inform our health professionalsabout all your existing conditions. If you share any false/incomplete/misleadinginformation then we retain the right to terminate the program without any refund. Wewill not be responsible for any complications arising due to false/ incomplete ormisleading information. If you are suffering from any critical illness, food/medicineallergies, depression symptoms, suicidal thoughts, or any other life-threateningdisease, informing the doctor is mandatory. If you are currently on any medicine, werequest you to inform the doctor in the first session itself.

Schedule
We follow strict schedule. If you do not join a session on time, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In this case no alternate session will be provided. The sessions with our medical professionals are strictly time bound. Any extension of the session beyond the prescribed time will solely be based on the availability of our team. Any refund in the above cases will not be entertained.

Warranty
We strive to achieve results but only on the condition that you are completely following the instructions given by us and committing the required time. Our certified medical professional will be the sole decision maker to find out if you have completely followed the program. In case you have followed the program completely and results have not come as promised, then we can extend the program depending on the duration of the program that you have taken and resource availability.
Our medical professionals will share the expected outcome of the program with you after the first session. However, based on further analysis during the course of the program, we reserve the right to change the timeline and outcome of the program. In case you provide false/incomplete/ misleading information, then the timeline and outcome of the program shared by us will not be valid.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

Refund Policy
The Consultation fees is non-refundable. After the consultation, both parties can decide whether we can work together based on the mutual understanding. If you decide not to start the program after consultation, we will give you a prescription/ list of recommendations from a qualified medical professional for your overall general well-being and might also relieve your symptoms to some extent, but not to cure the disease. After the consultation phase, we reserve the sole right to not go ahead with program. This is completely based on our discretion. In this case refund of consultation fee is not possible.
Once you have paid the fees for the program, the Program fees is non-refundable. However, if you take our long-term programs (6 months, 1 year) and you feel that you are not satisfied with our services, even after following all recommendations, then you can request the refund for the remaining duration, after the minimum specified period of treatment mentioned in the beginning of the program. However, if the situation occurs other than mentioned here, the refund policy will be decided by us on a case- to-case basis.
Any cost not explicitly covered in the program like medical tests, medicines etc. will be borne by the customer.

Break during the program
In case you need a break during the Program, we allow 15-days continuous break every 3 months. Those days will not be counted in the Program duration and hence will not be charged, provided we are informed a week prior. All additional breaks will be counted in the Program duration.

Reschedule the sessions
We allow rescheduling of a maximum of 2 sessions (only 1- on-1) in a month which should be rescheduled within the same month. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. If not informed within the specified timeframe, the session will be considered as conducted. The timing of rescheduled session will be decided based on mutual convenience. If the session is cancelled by us, we will reschedule it according to mutual convenience. Group sessions are not rescheduled unless we decide to do so.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Government of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of Indian Government and in Indian courts.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
