I remember I couldn't lift my leg during that session and cried in pain. It's been 3 months and my condition has improved greatly. I'm able to lift my leg till 50° - 60° now and also able to hold for a few seconds. I couldn't sit for 30 mins straight. But now I'm able to sit for 3-4 hours. I joined at the right time because, before joining, my eyes used to hurt a lot, and I was experiencing frequent headaches due to long screen time. I was a little hesitant to try Netra Tarpan, but my eyes felt lubricated, fresh, and it seemed like I could see more clearly. I continue to do “Netra Prakshalana”, especially when my screen time is too high—it really helps.
