What is Included?

There are 10-live sessions, 1st of which is a 1-on-1 Consultation with our Team, where we assess your Current Health Status. We then design your Kit, which is personalised for each participant, to carry out the Procedures during the 21 days of the Program.

Ayurvedic Ease-it kit

The Program begins with a Session on Yoga Philosophy, gradually unfolding the concepts of Shuddhi Kriya, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation, during the Theory Sessions followed by their Practice. Deeper concepts of Yoga Psychology & Ayurveda Fundamentals are also discussed. The Program ends with a deep relaxing session of Yoga Nidra. All the learnings can be easily incorporated in your daily schedules which, with time, will become a beautiful ritual of your family.

This program has been meticulously designed to ensure you never have to take a single day off from your professional engagements. Starting on the second Friday of each month, this program is 21 days long and is conducted on weekends (Friday evenings; Saturday and Sunday Mornings) for 3 consecutive weekends.
